Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives and target sectors.
• Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities in engineering and contracting projects.
• Collaborate closely with business development, sales, and procurement teams to support tendering processes and client acquisition.
• Oversee branding, corporate communications, and digital marketing initiatives tailored to technical services and solutions.
• Manage marketing campaigns targeting key industries related to our divisions industry.
• Support prequalification processes by preparing company profiles, presentations, and marketing materials for bids and proposals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
• Monitor and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources, and show project ROI.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and project timelines.
• Track industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies relevant to engineering services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Managing Marketing, preferably within engineering, construction, or technical B2B industries.
• Proven experience in supporting tendering, procurement cycles, and project-based marketing.
• Strong understanding of Saudi market dynamics and government/private sector procurement processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
• Ability to translate technical solutions into clear value propositions for clients.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
