Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit photographs and videos of coffee, food, beverages, products, and café environments.
• Create Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, promotional campaigns, and social media content.
• Develop creative concepts and conduct photoshoots across café outlets; capture lifestyle, product, behind-the-scenes, and brand storytelling content.
• Edit and enhance visual content using professional editing software.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotions.
• Maintain consistent visual quality and brand identity, and follow social media trends and creative techniques.

Required qualifications

• Two to four years of professional photography, videography, and content creation experience.
• Previous experience in specialty coffee shops, cafés, restaurants, or F&B is mandatory.
• Strong F&B photography, videography, and visual storytelling experience; ability to independently shoot and edit professional content.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut, or similar editing software.
• Creative vision, attention to detail, understanding of premium café branding, and ability to manage content for multiple brands.
• Must be based in Al Ain or willing to relocate.
• A professional portfolio showcasing photography, videography, and F&B content is mandatory.

Preferred qualification

• A UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Compensation and benefits

• Pay is AED 4,000–8,000 per month, based on experience.
• The company provides employment visa, medical insurance, and professional camera equipment.
