Overview

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized

Marketing Coordinator

to join one of our subsidiaries,

Le Mirage Property Management

.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in marketing, excellent coordination skills, and previous experience working with

Marriott Hotels

or managing marketing activities for Marriott properties.

The role requires daily communication with hotel teams, coordinating marketing campaigns, ensuring brand compliance, and supporting the execution of digital and offline marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily marketing activities between hotel teams.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure all marketing deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Coordinate social media content calendars and campaign execution.
  • Follow up with designers, content creators, photographers, and media buyers.
  • Communicate directly with Marriott hotel departments including Sales, F&B, Operations, and Management.
  • Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and campaign summaries.
  • Coordinate hotel promotions, seasonal campaigns, and special events.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with Marriott brand standards.
  • Assist in organizing photoshoots, influencer visits, and promotional events.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers, printing companies, and production teams.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and marketing assets.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • **Minimum 2–4 years of experience**
  • in Marketing Coordination.
  • Previous experience working with

Marriott Hotels

  • or managing marketing for Marriott properties is
  • highly preferred
  • .
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Excellent project coordination and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in

  • (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
