Job Description

The Marketing Communications Officer will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing brand communication, and supporting business growth through effective content and messaging strategies.

This role requires a hands-on marketing professional with experience in IT, system integration, or technology services environments, capable of aligning marketing activities with sales objectives and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Manage content creation including social media, email campaigns, website updates, and marketing materials.
• Support event planning and execution (vendor events, customer engagements, exhibitions).
• Coordinate with vendors and partners on joint marketing initiatives and MDF activities.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
• Work closely with sales teams to support lead generation and campaign alignment.
• Manage LinkedIn and digital presence to enhance brand visibility.
• Track campaign performance and provide reports with insights and improvements.
• Support internal communications and company announcements.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in IT or technology companies.
• Experience in system integrator or IT services environment is a strong advantage .
• Strong skills in content creation, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
• Good understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation.
• Strong communication skills in English
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
