Role Overview

The Brand & Content Manager will be responsible for shaping and maintaining the overall brand image of MANEL across digital and offline channels.

This role focuses on creative direction, content development, brand storytelling, and agency supervision.

You will work closely with external marketing agencies responsible for paid advertising while ensuring that all campaigns, visuals, and communications reflect the brand’s luxury positioning.

This is a hands-on creative and strategic role combining planning, coordination, and execution.

Brand Strategy & Communication

  • Develop and execute the brand’s marketing and communication strategy aligned with the company vision.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging and storytelling across all platforms.
  • Plan seasonal campaigns aligned with collections, launches, and commercial objectives.
  • Strengthen brand positioning across regional and international markets.

Content Creation & Visual Direction

  • Develop creative concepts for campaigns, launches, and ongoing brand content.
  • Plan and manage monthly content calendars across all platforms.
  • Define the visual direction for photo shoots, videos, and campaigns.
  • Select and approve images and videos for publishing.
  • Ensure all content reflects the premium and editorial identity of the brand.
  • Work closely with photographers, videographers, stylists, and creative teams.

Social Media Management

  • Oversee and grow the brand’s presence across:
  • Instagram
  • TikTok
  • Snapchat
  • Pinterest
  • Other emerging platforms
  • Develop storytelling strategies adapted to each platform.
  • Manage publishing schedules and content planning.
  • Monitor audience engagement and brand consistency.
  • Supervise influencer collaborations and partnerships.

Agency Management & Advertising Oversight

  • Act as the main point of contact between MANEL and external marketing agencies.
  • Review and approve campaign strategies proposed by agencies.
  • Provide creative direction and content concepts for advertising campaigns.
  • Review ad creatives to ensure brand alignment and visual consistency.
  • Monitor campaign performance through agency reports.
  • Provide feedback and strategic direction to improve results.
  • Ensure marketing activities remain aligned with brand priorities and budgets.

Pr & Media Relations

  • Build and maintain relationships with:
  • Editors
  • Stylists
  • Influencers
  • Media outlets
  • Coordinate press communications and brand storytelling.
  • Support media placements and brand visibility opportunities.

Photoshoots & Campaign Management

  • Plan and coordinate:
  • Editorial shoots
  • Campaign shoots
  • Lookbooks
  • Content production
  • Develop creative briefs for each shoot.
  • Manage casting, locations, and production teams.
  • Ensure final deliverables meet brand standards.

Events & Brand Activations

  • Coordinate brand events, presentations, and fashion-related activations.
  • Support fashion week participation and brand showcases.
  • Ensure strong and consistent brand presentation at all events.

Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Identify collaboration opportunities aligned with brand positioning.
  • Manage influencer and brand partnerships.
  • Develop collaborative campaigns that strengthen brand visibility.

Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with:
  • Design team
  • Sales team
  • Production team
  • Align marketing activities with product launches and availability.
  • Ensure departments remain synchronized on campaign timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong experience in content creation, brand management, and campaign planning.
  • Experience working with external marketing or PR agencies.
  • Strong understanding of luxury branding and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
  • French or Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong visual judgment and attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset with a strong aesthetic sense.

Preferred Profile

  • Experience working with luxury or premium fashion brands.
  • Portfolio demonstrating campaigns, content direction, or visual storytelling.
  • Experience coordinating photoshoots and creative productions.
  • Understanding of fashion calendars and seasonal launches.
  • Ability to supervise agencies and maintain brand consistency.
