About This Role

We are seeking a high-caliber Project Manager – Marketing & Communications to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing and communication initiatives across the organization.

This role goes beyond coordination—you will drive end-to-end project delivery, ensure alignment with communication objectives, and enable leadership with clear visibility on campaign performance, timelines, and impact.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will oversee the execution of marketing and communication projects, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic priorities.

You will act as the central point of coordination between creative, digital, content, and leadership teams—ensuring seamless execution, performance tracking, and continuous optimization of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of marketing and communication projects and campaigns
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards
  • Coordinate across internal teams (creative, social media, PR, digital) and external agencies

Campaign Management & Tracking

  • Oversee execution of integrated marketing and communication campaigns
  • Track campaign progress, milestones, and deliverables across multiple channels
  • Ensure alignment with brand, messaging, and organizational objectives
  • Monitor performance and recommend optimizations for ongoing campaigns

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Define and track KPIs for marketing and communication initiatives
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness, engagement, and reach metrics
  • Develop dashboards and reports (including Power BI where applicable) for leadership visibility
  • Provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance and ROI

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact between leadership, internal teams, and external partners
  • Ensure clear communication, alignment, and accountability across all stakeholders
  • Present project updates, risks, and performance reports to senior management

Governance & Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to project management frameworks, processes, and communication standards
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively drive mitigation plans
  • Maintain documentation, status reports, and project governance controls

Mandatory Requirements

  • Proven experience managing marketing and communication projects end-to-end
  • Strong understanding of integrated campaigns (digital, social media, PR, content)
  • Experience in KPI tracking, campaign performance analysis, and reporting
  • Hands-on experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI or similar dashboards is a strong advantage)
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Candidate Profile

  • 5–8 years of experience in Project Management within Marketing, Communications, or Media
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in government, media, or large-scale organizations preferred
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to translate strategy into execution and measurable outcomes
