Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the advertising and marketing sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with the creative and production teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales within an advertising, media, branding, or marketing agency.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network and existing relationships within the UAE market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Candidates with extensive UAE advertising industry experience are highly encouraged to apply.
