Leads the Middle East & Africa marketing and strategic capabilities organization for Surgery in close partnership with Surgery EMEA Franchise as well as the Surgery commercial leaders across Middle East & Africa to drive differentiated and sustainable growth.

Develops different business and operating models, aligned with EMEA regional strategies, that hold local relevance to ensure success with a focus on critical strategic priorities to grow the business.
