We are looking for an active, highly motivated FEMALE candidate to join our team as a Medical Receptionist & Marketing Coordinator.
This role is deeply focused on clinic growth, smooth daily operations, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- **Patient & Call Coordination:** Greet and assist patients, manage check-ins, handle inbound/outbound calls, and follow up aggressively on bookings and appointments.
- **Sales & Promotion:** Advise patients on treatments, ongoing promotions, and actively cross-sell/upsell clinic products and services.
- **Social Media & Marketing:** Support marketing initiatives, assist in managing social media accounts, and actively track how patients find us (calls, referrals, social media).
- **Clinic Operations:** Assist doctors and nurses, collect patient feedback/reviews, prepare daily reports, and handle patient concerns professionally while maintaining total confidentiality.
Requirements
- **Language:** Native or completely fluent Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinic or healthcare.
Experience
- in Dentistry or Aesthetics is highly preferred.
- **Skills:** Strong communication, sales, and upselling skills. Practical knowledge of social media platforms and marketing.
- **Attributes:** High-energy, presentable, professional, patient-focused, and capable of working efficiently under pressure.
- **Education:** A diploma or degree in Business, Healthcare, or Marketing is preferred but not mandatory if you have strong proven experience.

Work Schedule & Compensation
- **Schedule:** 6 days per week (1 day off), 9 hours per day (including lunch break).
- **Salary:** AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 per month (depending on experience) + performance-based commissions on sales.
