Job Summary
Emprise Safety & Marine Supplies FZCO. (ESMAR) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Marine Sales Executive** to join our sales team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company's marine safety products and services within the UAE marine sector.
Industry experience in Marine Safety Equipment, Lifesaving Appliances (LSA), and Fire-Fighting Equipment (FFE) is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the marine and offshore industry.
- Promote and sell marine safety products, including LSA and FFE equipment and related services.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ship owners, ship managers, operators, and marine contractors.
- Conduct customer visits and site inspections across Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and sales orders to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations and service teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Represent the company professionally during meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of proven sales experience in the marine industry.
- Mandatory experience in Marine Safety Equipment, Lifesaving Appliances (LSA), and Fire-Fighting Equipment (FFE).
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
- Ability to prepare and deliver professional sales presentations.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Fast learner with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for sales and business development.
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive market environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network within the UAE marine, offshore, shipping, or oil & gas sectors.
- Knowledge of marine safety regulations and industry standards.
