Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Marble Site Supervisor role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Marble Site Supervisor oversees daily marble installation activities, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and in line with project specifications and quality standards.
Responsibilities
include coordinating site teams and subcontractors, planning and sequencing installation work, and verifying measurements, layouts, and finishes.
The role involves inspecting delivered materials, resolving site issues, and communicating regularly with project managers, clients, and suppliers.
The supervisor also maintains site documentation, enforces safety and housekeeping standards, and supports progress reporting, snagging, and handover activities.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of marble, natural stone materials, and installation techniques, including cutting, fixing, polishing, and finishing.
- Proven experience supervising construction or fit-out sites, preferably in marble, stone, or high-end interior finishes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and specifications, and translate them into clear instructions for site teams.
- Effective leadership and team coordination skills, with the ability to organize labor, manage subcontractors, and resolve on-site conflicts.
- Solid understanding of construction site health and safety practices and regulations, with a commitment to enforcing safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail, quality control mindset, and problem-solving skills to address measurement, alignment, or finish issues.
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages commonly used in the region are an advantage.
- Proficiency in basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, site reporting apps); familiarity with project management or CAD tools is a plus.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in civil engineering, construction, architecture, or a related field preferred, or equivalent site experience.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Dubai, manage demanding project timelines, and adapt to changing site conditions and priorities.
