Manage unionized employees, create a positive team atmosphere, and meet operational scorecard objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee performance against operational standards and indices.
- Improve standards through performance reviews, coaching, counseling, and recognition.
- Communicate and implement policies, procedures, and programs.
- Complete reports and documents and carry out other assigned duties.
Experience and qualifications
- Experience in a managerial role is required.
- French and English bilingualism is an asset, not a mandatory qualification.
- Candidates should coordinate varied responsibilities, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
