Role overview

Reporting, testing, and support

• Learn daily, weekly, and monthly OTC reporting procedures; back up critical reports and own selected recurring reports.
• Improve reporting production and distribution, and maintain reporting procedures, controls, and documentation.
• Support UAT and regression testing, including test data preparation, shipment creation, execution, invoice validation, and comparison with SAP S/4HANA data.
• Manage the OTC Support mailbox, investigate and resolve requests within SLAs, coordinate partner support, and escalate issues as needed.

Automation and improvement

• Track OTC RPA requests and support suitability assessments, process mapping, requirements, and documentation.
• Support RPA testing, implementation, bot execution, performance tracking, adoption, training, and first-level troubleshooting.
• Recommend practical process, control, reporting, and automation improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and reliability.

Education and experience

• Requires a university degree or college diploma in a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Requires 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance operations, business analysis, reporting, systems support, testing, or process improvement.
• Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA are required.
• Experience supporting OTC processes is preferred; shared service queue experience and RPA or workflow automation experience are considered assets.
• Business analysis, process improvement, data analytics, testing, or automation certification is an asset.

• Requires experience with testing, results validation, issue investigation, and process documentation.
• Strong organization, time management, written and verbal communication, and cross-functional collaboration are required.
• English proficiency is required for frequent stakeholder communications.
