Lead end-to-end technology procurement across assigned portfolios, from sourcing strategy and tendering to contract award, supplier management, and value optimization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead RFI, RFQ, RFP, ITB, and direct-award processes; develop sourcing strategies aligned with business and category requirements.
- Manage procurement from demand planning through contract award and supplier onboarding; lead evaluations, clarifications, BAFOs, and negotiations.
- Manage amendments, renewals, extensions, change requests, and claims support; monitor procurement and tender schedules.
- Drive cost optimization and commercial value; manage supplier performance, disputes, and operational escalations.
- Review sourcing strategies, tender documents, evaluations, and governance submissions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, contracts, or supply-chain management.
- Proven experience managing complex technology procurement and strategic sourcing.
- Experience leading competitive tendering and contract negotiations, and managing suppliers, stakeholders, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience in large organizations, giga-projects, government entities, or highly regulated environments is preferred.
