Lead brand and project management for assigned portfolios in KSA, turning consumer insights into plans, tracking performance, and delivering business priorities.
Brand and category strategy
- Develop brand and category strategies using market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity.
- Own annual and mid-term brand plans that align regional direction with local market needs.
- Deliver integrated marketing initiatives to build brand equity, encourage trial, and support sustainable growth.
Insights and execution
- Use consumer, market, and performance insights to shape brand and activation plans and coordinate in-market execution across teams.
- Track KPIs and ROI to identify growth opportunities and guide investment decisions.
- Plan compliant campaigns, promotions, and launches across digital, retail, and experiential channels.
- Partner with sales, supply, and regional teams to deliver campaigns and monitor channel performance, adapting plans to improve awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Work schedule
- The posting describes this as a full-time position based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, with a Sunday-to-Thursday schedule.
Candidate requirements
- KSA national.
- University degree in a relevant field.
- 7+ years of experience in brand deployment, consumer journeys, and project management.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder influencing, analytical, and cross-functional project management skills.
