Job Description
Analyze market trends and demand patterns to develop pricing strategies and manage inventory for revenue and profit potential.
Monitor and adjust revenue strategies to optimize performance and competitiveness.
Identify revenue opportunities with sales and marketing, including promotional packages, offers, and new products or services.
Monitor ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and market share to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings.
Distribution and Collaboration
- Oversee hotel distribution channels, including online travel agencies, direct booking channels, and other partners; manage rates, availability, and inventory.
- Work with sales, marketing, and operations to manage room inventory and pricing effectively.
- Develop and maintain external relationships with travel agencies, corporate accounts, and online travel agencies to maximize revenue opportunities.
Analysis, Forecasting, and Training
- Analyze and report revenue and profit performance to hotel management and stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain revenue management systems and tools for accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Use historical data and market trends to forecast future demand and revenue, then adjust pricing and inventory strategies.
- Develop and implement training programs to improve hotel staff revenue-management practices.
- Provide regular updates and guidance to Front Office, Housekeeping, and Restaurant departments.
Budgeting
- Lead the hotel's budgeting process and provide regular financial analysis and reporting to hotel management.
Qualifications
- University graduate specialized in Hotel Management.
