We are looking for an experienced
Manager – Retail Delivery
to manage end-to-end tenant delivery, fit-out coordination, authority approvals, and timely store openings across retail, mall, or mixed-use assets.
The role requires strong coordination with tenants, consultants, contractors, leasing, operations, facilities, and technical teams to ensure every retail unit is delivered in line with approved design, technical, safety, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete tenant delivery cycle from lease signing to store opening.
- Coordinate tenant fit-outs, design submissions, technical reviews, inspections, and final handovers.
- Ensure all retail units comply with approved design guidelines, mall standards, safety norms, and authority requirements.
- Track fit-out milestones, identify delays, resolve issues, and escalate risks on time.
- Coordinate with leasing, mall operations, facilities, MEP teams, consultants, contractors, and tenants.
- Support authority approvals, inspections, and statutory clearances to avoid delays in store openings.
- Maintain progress dashboards, delivery trackers, issue logs, and performance reports.
- Ensure completed units meet design intent, operational readiness, and handover standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in retail delivery processes, tenant experience, and fit-out governance.
Candidate Profile
- 10–12 years of experience in retail delivery, tenant coordination, mall fit-out, retail construction, or mixed-use development projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of retail fit-out standards, mall operations, design coordination, technical submissions, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in managing tenants, consultants, contractors, authority approvals, inspections, and high-volume store openings.
- Good understanding of UAE/GCC authority procedures, building codes, safety requirements, and Civil Defense regulations preferred.
- Strong project planning, coordination, issue resolution, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
