Leads project delivery, design, and execution through handover across multiple projects in the development plan.

Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple projects, monitor progress, and ensure successful completion aligned with company strategy and growth priorities.
- Enforce structured project delivery processes and keep projects within approved budgets and schedules.
- Identify and monitor known and emerging project risks; develop mitigation plans and controls for timelines, cost, and quality.
- Ensure compliant project and budget management in line with organizational standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Lead project design, execution, coordination, and handover across the project portfolio.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related specialization.
- Project Management certification.
- Familiarity with country building codes, environmental regulations, and Dubai construction laws.
- Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in construction and project delivery.
