Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute towards developing the business strategy of the service line/function by developing team/unit business plan and cascading to reporting teams.
• Develop and participate in reviews and improvement of team/unit performance MIS.
• Undertake necessary preparation for client reviews or support the functional head in preparation for client reviews.
• Be proactive and systematic to avoid client escalations/issues and promptly resolve and/or appropriately channel any escalations.
• Lead or assist in developing proposals, requisite services or solutions to increase business from existing clients in conjunction with the account manager.
• Action and implement various strategic initiatives such as quality improvement/measurement, automation etc.
• Contribute in ensuring current service offerings are continuously upgraded with innovative solutions that are market oriented and enable the function to continuously climb the value chain.
• Stay abreast of relevant competitor information and share it with the corporate planning team and other teams as applicable.
• Develop and coach team members.
