Role overview

Create solution architectures for systems and platforms while balancing time, cost, compliance, and business requirements.

Oversee other architects and guide client solution delivery through governance.

Lead customer data platform architecture and implementation across enterprise environments.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise architecture consulting engagements and define strategic technology roadmaps.
  • Lead CDP technical design and implementation across multiple platforms.
  • Drive AI-driven personalization and composable architecture adoption.
  • Define data architecture standards, schemas, and governance models.
  • Oversee batch and streaming ingestion pipelines and data quality.
  • Guide development teams, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineers.
  • Own audience strategies, activation logic, customer journeys, and personalization workflows.
  • Evaluate tools, troubleshoot data and API issues, and improve CDP infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations.

Required skills

  • Proven experience architecting and leading CDP implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of composable CDP architecture and data privacy principles.
  • Advanced real-time and batch data engineering experience.
  • Expertise in REST, SOAP, GraphQL, and event-driven architectures.
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and big data technologies.
  • Strong understanding of identity resolution, audience segmentation, and activation workflows.

Preferred skills

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Treasure Data, Tealium, Hightouch, or comparable CDP platforms.
  • Knowledge of TOGAF or equivalent frameworks, solution consulting, and pre-sales.
  • Experience with journey orchestration tools, reverse ETL, CI/CD, DevOps, data governance, consent management, and PII handling.
  • Knowledge of JSON, Parquet, Avro, and CDP vendor evaluation processes.
  • Client-facing stakeholder management and solution presentation experience.

Education and certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering specializing in Computer Science, Data, or IT, or graduation from another field with strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Adobe Real-Time CDP or Adobe Journey Optimizer certifications are listed, along with other CDP certifications.

  • The stated shift is 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST.
