About The Role

We are looking for a Manager – Martech Performance & Governance to establish measurement frameworks, ensure tracking accuracy, and provide clear visibility into Martech performance and ROI.

Responsibilities

You will act as the control tower for Martech performance, ensuring that tracking, attribution and reporting frameworks are consistent, reliable and aligned to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain tracking standards and governance
  • Own attribution models and performance measurement frameworks
  • Build dashboards and reporting for Martech performance
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and identify optimisation opportunities
  • Ensure data consistency across platforms

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years in digital analytics, marketing analytics or Martech
  • Experience working with GA4 and marketing performance reporting

Required Skills

  • GA4, Looker, Power BI (or similar)
  • Attribution modelling and campaign measurement
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and performance metrics
