Join Landmark Group's Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence (COE) and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of recruitment across our global organization.

This role will drive strategic talent acquisition initiatives, ensuring our recruitment teams are equipped with the right processes, technologies, partnerships, and capabilities to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes

*Key Areas of Responsibility*

Talent Acquisition Process Excellence

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment process mapping and optimization initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain scalable recruitment playbooks and operating frameworks.
  • Drive alignment across HR, business, and shared service stakeholders to ensure seamless recruitment delivery.

Recruitment Technology & Innovation

  • Evaluate, implement, and enhance recruitment technologies, including ATS and talent acquisition platforms.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, workflow optimization, and process improvement.
  • Establish strong data governance practices to improve reporting accuracy and decision-making.

Agency & Vendor Management

  • Manage recruitment agency partnerships and preferred supplier relationships.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Legal teams on contracts, commercial agreements, and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee supplier performance, integration, and governance processes.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen employer brand positioning.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance candidate experience and support global talent attraction strategies.
  • Support projects related to onboarding, recruiter capability building, and recruitment innovation.

Project Management & Strategic Delivery

  • Lead multiple Talent Acquisition transformation and COE initiatives simultaneously.
  • Establish clear project plans, governance frameworks, stakeholder alignment, and delivery milestones.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve business outcomes.

*What We're Looking For*

  • Experience leading Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Excellence, or HR Transformation projects.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and change management capabilities.
  • Exposure to recruitment technology, agency management, employer branding, and process optimization initiatives.
  • Ability to translate business challenges into scalable solutions and drive execution.
  • Experience within retail, consumer, or large-scale multi-business environments is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and business case development skills.
