Position Summary

The Legal Executive is responsible for supporting the Legal Department in managing, tracking, and executing a wide range of legal, litigation, and administrative matters related to the Company’s operations.

The role involves coordination with external counsel, courts, government authorities, and internal departments to ensure timely handling of legal matters, accurate documentation, and compliance with applicable laws and procedures.

1. Case Management & Litigation Support

Attend court hearings, sessions, and follow up on ongoing case proceedings.

Coordinate with external legal counsel regarding case updates, pleadings, document submissions, and hearing schedules.

Liaise with courts, police stations, public prosecution offices, and other government authorities as required.

Collect and compile case-related information, documents, and evidence from relevant internal departments.

Maintain and regularly update the internal Case Tracker, including case status, court dates, and outcomes.

Ensure proper filing, organization, and archiving of all case files, pleadings, judgments, and supporting documents (physical and digital).

Draft, review, and assist in filing complaints, responses, affidavits, and other routine litigation documents.

2. Legal Documentation & Drafting

Draft and review routine legal documents, notices, and correspondence.

Prepare Arabic and English legal documents, including translation of legal texts between English and Arabic.

Assist in notarization, attestation, and documentation processes with notary public and relevant authorities.

Support preparation of legal submissions for courts and government entities in compliance with local procedural requirements.

3. Government & External Coordination

Handle coordination with government departments, courts, police stations, and notary offices for legal formalities and filings.

Follow up on approvals, submissions, and procedural requirements with relevant authorities.

Ensure timely completion of documentation and compliance-related requirements with external agencies.

4. Reporting & Documentation Management

Maintain accurate and organized records of all legal matters, case files, and communications.

Track legal deadlines, court dates, and procedural timelines, and proactively alert the Legal Manager of upcoming obligations.

Prepare periodic status reports on ongoing litigation and legal activities.

Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and proper version control of all legal documents and records.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor’s degree in law

Strong knowledge of litigation processes, court procedures, and legal documentation.

Ability to attend courts, police stations, public prosecution offices, and notary public for case follow-ups and legal formalities.

Proficiency in drafting legal documents, notices, pleadings, and routine correspondence.

Strong legal translation skills (English ↔ Arabic), including ability to prepare legally accurate bilingual documents.

Familiarity with UAE legal system and government authority procedures.

Excellent coordination and follow-up skills with external counsel, courts, and government entities.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain case trackers, deadlines, and legal records accurately.

Attention to detail with strong documentation, filing, and record-keeping abilities.

Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.

High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professional discretion in handling sensitive legal matters.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
