Responsibilities
- Manage external IT technical resources supporting global SAP manufacturing, quality, and maintenance applications.
- Own IT reliability in assigned areas and serve as a subject matter expert for SAP Manufacturing, Quality, and Maintenance.
- Lead issue identification, resolution, and escalation.
- Maintain relationships with business and functional IT teams.
- Support enhancements and ensure they follow process and are tested before production release.
- Participate in support transitions and knowledge transfer for major updates, upgrades, and new application rollouts.
- Ensure external operations team members have the knowledge and documentation needed to support applications.
- Improve reliability, proactive and predictive monitoring, and customer experience.
- Coordinate with global supply-chain operations to support SOX and other audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related business field.
- End-to-end knowledge of global supply-chain processes and related systems and technology in the assigned area.
- At least 3 years of SAP or related supply-chain application experience, including manufacturing-process knowledge.
- SAP S/4 certification in Manufacturing or a related area, or relevant experience.
- Ability to work in diverse global teams, lead and motivate external team members, and communicate clearly with IT and business partners.
Travel and location
- The position may require occasional domestic or international travel.
- The listed location is Bengaluru – Brookfield GCC.
