Overview
Prepare and deliver investor reporting packs (monthly, quarterly, annual) across SPVs and investment structures
Manage reporting to private equity co-investors, joint venture partners, and lenders
Perform equity return calculations including IRR, MOIC, and distribution waterfalls
Support drawdowns, distributions, and capital account tracking
Prepare lender reporting, including covenant calculations and compliance certificates
Assist with capital markets reporting obligations, including sukuk/disclosure requirements
Ensure alignment between investor reporting, management accounts, and audited financials
Support financial statement preparation under IFRS, including real estate revenue recognition
Maintain reporting calendars and ensure all contractual deliverables are met on time
Liaise with auditors, legal advisors, and external stakeholders
Drive improvements in financial controls, reporting processes, and governance frameworks
