Define and drive the enterprise AI and automation road map aligned with business priorities
Identify and prioritise high-value AI and digital use cases across operations and support functions
Design and deploy practical solutions (e.g., predictive analytic, automation, IOT-enabled systems)
Build and test MVP's and pilots, then scale successful initiatives across the organisation
Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders (technology providers, startups, academia)
Act as a bridge between technical solutions and business needs, ensuring adoption and execution
