Operations & Maintenance
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of both STPs.
- Deliver contractual KPIs and plant performance targets.
- Optimize manpower, budgets, and operational costs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Contract & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary interface with the client.
- Manage LTOM contractual obligations, deliverables, and compliance.
- Protect contractual and commercial interests.
- Manage relationships with regulators, EPC contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Epc Oversight
- Coordinate EPC activities through Project Execution team.
- Monitor EPC deliverables and contractual compliance.
Leadership & Governance
- Lead the O&M management team.
- Develop staffing strategies and organizational capabilities.
- Report to the board & COO.
- Ensure proper risk management, business continuity, and governance.
