Manager, Finance Transformation

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process improvement and agentic transformation across core finance operations.
• Diagnose systemic friction and deploy autonomous workflows that scale across the enterprise.
• Liaise between Finance and Digital Enterprise Transformation; coordinate the feature backlog, twice-annual Workday releases, and strategic project delivery.
• Investigate cross-platform transactional breakdowns across Finance lifecycles and implement root-cause fixes to prevent recurrence.
• Engage Finance stakeholders and consider the financial picture and regulatory landscape in initiatives.
• Translate complex finance requirements into technical specifications for IT execution in partnership with business leads.

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in finance transformation, finance technology consulting, or enterprise financial systems management.
• Hands-on experience driving business process optimization within enterprise finance systems.
• Experience leading finance technology initiatives as a functional project lead, managing timelines, risk mitigation, and cross-team dependencies.
• Experience using enterprise Agentic AI tools to automate workflow decisions or streamline accounting operations.
• Track record of independently identifying system or workflow inefficiencies and implementing scalable improvements.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Preferred qualifications

• Management or technology consulting experience focused on transformation combined with Finance Operations experience.
• First-hand experience implementing agentic automation and intelligent workflows within Finance.
• Problem-solving with structured frameworks and presenting technical roadmaps to finance leadership.
• Active CPA.

Workplace arrangement

• Hybrid role with three days per week in the office.
