Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support advisory engagements across finance transformation, operating models, core banking modernization, digital channels, data, controls, and technology-enabled change.
• Work with client stakeholders to assess current-state challenges, define target requirements, and develop practical implementation roadmaps.
• Translate banking strategy into workplans, process designs, capability maps, target operating models, governance structures, and implementation deliverables.
• Support programme governance, PMO setup, milestone tracking, RAID management, business readiness, change adoption, and executive reporting.
• Contribute to proposals, credentials, scope definition, effort estimation, client presentations, and board-ready materials.
• Coach and manage junior team members and ensure high-quality analysis, documentation, and client delivery.

Qualifications and experience

• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience; top-tier consulting, Big Four advisory, financial services technology advisory, or banking transformation experience is preferred.
• Strong Banking and Capital Markets client experience and exposure to relevant banking products.
• Demonstrated banking transformation experience, including operating model redesign, process improvement, technology implementation, digital transformation, core banking modernization, or large-scale programme delivery.
• Experience with banking platforms and supporting technologies such as digital channels, payments, workflow tools, data, reporting, ERP/finance, CRM, or treasury systems.
• Familiarity with leading AI use cases in banking and practical understanding of bank functions, controls, and operations.
• Experience supporting implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution assessment, vendor coordination, testing, readiness, cutover, hypercare, or benefits tracking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• English fluency is required; Arabic is advantageous. Relevant professional qualifications are advantageous.
