Responsibilities
- Manage and lead compliance monitoring activities across departments and ensure timely escalation of issues.
- Support senior management in implementation reviews of new and modified products/processes, including audit observations and rectifications.
- Ensure timely regulatory reporting, including FATCA/CRS annual filings and RBS (Tranche I, II, III) submissions.
- Prepare and submit monthly compliance reports to MD & CEO and quarterly reports to Board/ACB.
- Monitor and track compliance with RBI circulars and regulatory updates, and ensure timely reporting.
- Coordinate with departments for compliance certifications and periodic submissions.
- Manage and update compliance tracking systems such as CERMO+ and TASC.
- Liaise with branches and stakeholders for FATCA/CRS (TIN updates and compliance requirements).
- Act as a point of contact for vendors and system rollouts (e.g., CERMO+).
- Support internal and concurrent audits by providing required compliance data and documentation.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure effective implementation of compliance frameworks and controls.
- Assist senior management in driving compliance awareness and adherence across the organization.
