We are seeking experienced Manager - Capital Raising & Investor Relations to lead capital raising and investor relationship activities across key global markets.
The role focuses on sourcing, structuring, and managing investor relationships with Family Offices, High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), and/or Institutional Investors to support fund growth and deployment strategy.
This is a front-office investment role combining fundraising, relationship management, and strategic investor coverage.
Capital Raising & Investor Coverage
- Source, engage, and onboard investors including Family Offices, HNWIs, Private Wealth Managers, and/or Institutional Investors
- Drive end-to-end fundraising process from pipeline development to closing commitments
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified investors across assigned regions (Asia / Middle East / Global)
Investor Relations & Fund Management Support
- Manage ongoing investor relationships, reporting, updates, and communication cadence
- Coordinate with internal investment, risk, and operations teams on fund structuring and investor reporting requirements
- Key member of the Investment Committee
- Support fund strategy, positioning, and investor materials (pitch decks, teasers, updates)
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in capital raising or sales role
- Experience in fintech, banking, trade finance, or financial systems preferred.
- Strong understanding of business processes and system workflows.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with structured problem-solving ability
- Experience in wealth management or investment is a plus but not mandatory
