The Shift Manager - EGM Operations at QTI Automation is a part-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for overseeing daily operations of electronic gaming machines (EGM) and related systems during assigned shifts.
The role involves monitoring EGM performance, ensuring machines are functioning correctly, and coordinating with technical teams for timely troubleshooting and maintenance.
The Shift Manager will supervise shift staff, assign tasks, oversee adherence to operational procedures, and support a safe, compliant working environment.
This position also includes monitoring performance metrics, preparing shift reports, and communicating operational issues or improvements to senior management.
The Shift Manager will interact with internal stakeholders to support smooth operations, uphold service standards, and contribute to process optimization.
Qualifications
- Strong operational management abilities, including shift supervision, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Experience with technical or automated systems, ideally including EGM or similar electronic equipment operations and basic troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in reporting, record-keeping, and using standard office and operational software tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members, technical staff, and management.
- Proven ability to follow and enforce procedures, safety standards, and regulatory or compliance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in gaming operations, hospitality, or automation-related roles is an advantage.
- High school diploma required; a diploma or degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai on a part-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
