We are a premium, fast-growing beauty salon brand with a strong reputation for exceptional service and a high-performing team of 12+ professionals.
We are looking for a seasoned, hands-on Salon Manager who leads with both authority and heart — someone who holds the team to the highest standards while keeping the energy warm, authentic, and client-focused.
This is not a desk role.
You will be on the floor, in the detail, and fully accountable for everything that happens in the salon.

Managing 12+ talented, strong-willed professionals in a busy luxury salon environment is not easy.
We need someone who has done it before — someone who commands respect naturally, applies SOPs consistently, and knows how to get the best out of people without breaking the culture.
You must be strict, fair, and genuinely passionate about delivering a world-class client experience every single day.
Key Responsibilities
- *Operations & Standards*
- Own daily salon operations end-to-end — opening, closing, floor management, and everything in between
- Implement and enforce all SOPs across every service, station, and client interaction — no exceptions
- Maintain impeccable hygiene, presentation, and brand standards at all times
- Monitor and optimise booking occupancy across all staff
- *Team Leadership*
- Lead, supervise, and develop a team of 12+ across multiple service disciplines
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and one-to-ones
- Handle disciplinary matters professionally and in line with UAE labour law
- Recruit and onboard new team members to brand standards
- Motivate the team daily — celebrate wins, address underperformance swiftly and constructively
- *Client Experience*
- Set the tone for a five-star client experience from arrival to departure
- Handle escalated complaints with professionalism, empathy, and resolution focus
- Ensure every client interaction reflects the salon's values — natural, authentic, warm
- *Commercial Performance*
- Drive sales targets, upselling, package conversions, and retail performance
- Monitor KPIs and report weekly to ownership on revenue, occupancy, and team performance
- Manage stock control, supplier orders, and cost awareness
- *Administration*
- Oversee cash handling, daily reconciliation, and basic reporting
- Ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality and health & safety requirements
- Support payroll inputs, staff scheduling, and leave management
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years' UAE salon management experience — mandatory, no exceptions
- Proven experience managing teams of 10+ in a luxury or premium salon environment
- Track record of maintaining and improving service standards through SOP implementation
- Natural leader — respected by teams, trusted by clients, accountable to ownership
- Strong commercial instinct with demonstrable sales and target achievement history
- Fluent English essential; Arabic, Russian, or other languages a strong advantage
- Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and emotionally intelligent
- Authentic personality — you lead by example, not by title
