Role Description
The Agency Manager - TikTok Live will oversee and manage talent associated with TikTok Live, ensuring their success and growth on the platform.
This full-time position is based on-site in Cairo, Egypt.
Daily responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring talent for TikTok Live, coordinating live stream schedules, developing performance strategies, monitoring analytics, building relationships with creators, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance creator engagement and output.
Qualifications
- Talent Management and Team Leadership skills, including recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring creators.
- Proficiency in Social Media Platforms (specifically TikTok), Live Streaming, and fostering creator-community engagement.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Analytical Skills and Data-Driven Decision-Making abilities, including reviewing performance metrics and improving strategies.
- Knowledge of Influencer Marketing and Digital Content Creation processes.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site collaborative environment in Cairo.
- Prior experience in talent management, digital marketing, or social media platforms is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred.
