Responsibilities
- Own portfolio roadmap and prioritization; define use cases and success criteria with business units.
- Plan and deliver AI tool rollouts across Modon Holding and subsidiaries, including ADNEC Group.
- Manage vendors, renewals, licensing, SLAs, support escalations, and commercial negotiations alongside Procurement.
- Manage seats, access, and costs; report usage and ROI to D&T leadership.
- Coordinate onboarding with IT Security, Legal, and the DPO to align with AI governance policy.
- Run adoption and training programmes, including champion networks, user guides, and office hours.
- Track emerging AI capabilities and vendors and recommend new tools or use cases to leadership.
- Resolve AI tool issues with vendors and internal IT; maintain a group register of tools, owners, data handling, and renewal dates.
- Support cross-functional initiatives such as Modon Connect, the resident super app, and loyalty platforms where AI is involved.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is preferred; product management certification such as CSPO is an advantage.
- 6+ years in product management, technology project management, or digital transformation.
- Direct experience managing or working with AI/ML tools and platforms in a business setting.
- Experience with vendor and contract management, cross-functional rollouts, and matrixed or multi-entity organizations.
- Can communicate technical AI capabilities to non-technical stakeholders and track usage, cost, and adoption metrics.
- Working knowledge of AI governance, data privacy, and responsible AI; able to manage concurrent workstreams.
