The Manager AI Products is the primary builder in the AI Hub, turning architectural designs and product specifications into production-deployed AI systems.
The work spans model training and fine-tuning, LLM applications, agentic workflows, and enterprise integrations.
The role partners with the AI Solutions Architect and contributes implementation feedback while supporting reliability, performance, and continuous improvement.
AI Hub and business unit
- The AI & Data Governance team develops data governance frameworks and AI strategies to support data integrity, security, compliance, innovation, and operational excellence.
- The team manages AI projects and proofs of concept, tracks data initiatives, and coordinates cross-functional delivery and value realization.
Experience and technical skills
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong Python and AI/ML ecosystem skills, including PyTorch or TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, and related libraries.
- Practical experience with LLM applications, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, embedding models, and vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Azure AI Search.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Studio, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
- Software engineering fundamentals covering REST APIs, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based workflows.
- Experience integrating AI with enterprise platforms through APIs or event-driven architecture.
- Experience designing and orchestrating agent-to-agent solutions and using LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Microsoft Semantic Kernel.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Azure ML Pipelines, Kubeflow, or similar platforms.
- Telecommunications BSS/OSS or CRM integration knowledge and voice or multimodal AI experience are also specified.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.
