Management Trainee - Human Resources

As a Management Trainee - Human Resources, you would be placed and responsible to the Human Resources Team at one of the ten properties of Hyatt Hotels Dubai (upon management discretion).
Your responsibilities would include, but not be limited to:
- Assisting the Human Resources team achieve its day-to-day deliverables
- Assisting in record-keeping and other admin tasks and reports
- Support and drive engagement activities for all colleagues
- Assist in ensuring that colleague facilities are maintained to Hyatt International's high standards of operation
- Support the hotel’s focus on service excellence by recruiting people with the competencies and profile to provide exceptional service to the hotel’s guests
