The role supports accurate maintenance records, coordinated engineering activities, and efficient use of the CMMS.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and coordinate engineering activities.
- Manage inventory and support efficient use of the CMMS.
- Maintain compliance with safety and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in engineering administration, maintenance coordination, or storekeeping; hospitality experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and working knowledge of CMMS and inventory management systems.
- Strong organization, communication, record keeping, and multitasking skills.
- Basic understanding of inventory control, procurement processes, and health and safety procedures.
