Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in engineering administration, maintenance coordination, or storekeeping; hospitality experience is preferred.
Knowledge and skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and working knowledge of CMMS and inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, record-keeping, and multitasking skills.
- Basic understanding of inventory control, procurement processes, and health and safety procedures.

- Provide administrative, inventory, and operational support to the Engineering Department.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Coordinate engineering activities.
- Manage inventory effectively.
- Use the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) efficiently.
