Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly profit and loss and balance-sheet results, budgets, and re-forecasts; monitor expenses and identify efficiencies.
• Provide trends, variance analysis, audit justifications, and key financial indicators to support business decisions.
• Prepare service-fee and other invoices from contract and operational records; monitor and chase client debt.
• Assess site and service-line budgets, resources, performance, benchmarks, contractual compliance, and risks.
• Help managers reduce performance penalties and support pricing contractual variations and new tenders.
• Review the monthly Performance Management System with Operations and improve management systems and reporting.

Candidate requirements

• Working toward a CIMA, ACA, or ACCA qualification.
• Ability to analyze complex data, strong Excel skills, and strong communication skills.
• Must be able to pass a DBS Basic check.
