Overview
**Job Overview:** GECI Expert Solutions is seeking a skilled **Management Accountant / Cost Accountant** to join our finance team.
In this essential role, you will focus on cost analysis, budget management, and strategic financial planning to support the organization’s growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze costs and prepare detailed reports to support budget planning and financial forecasting.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of departmental budgets.
- Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CIMA, CMA) is preferred.
- **3+** **years** of relevant accounting experience, with a focus on management or cost accounting.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Salary
Hourly rate between **QAR 70 - 130**, commensurate with experience.
