- Prepare management information reports in order to ensure that Senior Management have the relevant performance management information needed to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure timely and effective preparation of monthly product cost sheet, process-wise for DRI, Billet and rebar production.
- Preparation of monthly product cost report presentation
- Preparation of monthly report presentation for CMO and production departments, process-wise, unit-wise, covering processing cost, specific consumptions, input price trend, etc.
- Assist in cost variance analysis working, co-ordinate with production departments for reasons for variance.
- Develop formats to capture requisite data for systematic analysis of plant operations related cost saving initiatives.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date input price and other cost details for operational analysis. Co-ordinate with business functions to ensure correctness of the data.
- Prepare accurate, timely and cost-effective management accounts and highlight variances so that management can take effective action to improve operating performances.
- Physical tag adjustment of product shipments and inventory adjustments.
- Inventory write off/disposal – analyse and prepare papers for management approval.
- Prepare monthly overhead absorption rate working.
