Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Male Mortgage Sales Consultant** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating mortgage business, advising clients on suitable mortgage solutions, and managing the sales process from initial inquiry to loan approval.
The successful candidate should possess excellent sales, communication, and relationship-building skills with a strong understanding of mortgage products and the UAE banking industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new mortgage leads through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
- Advise clients on mortgage products and financing options based on their needs.
- Assess clients' financial profiles and eligibility for mortgage solutions.
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and internal teams to facilitate mortgage approvals.
- Guide clients through the mortgage application and documentation process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Stay updated on UAE mortgage regulations, banking policies, and market trends.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in mortgage sales, banking, or financial services, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE mortgage products and lending regulations.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field is preferred.
- UAE driving licence is an advantage.
