Male Construction Site Nurse (DHA Licensed / Eligible)

With a strong focus on clinical excellence and professional care, we are expanding our occupational health division to provide comprehensive, on-site medical care and emergency response for construction projects across Dubai.

We are currently hiring Male Registered Nurses (DHA Licensed or Eligibility) to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for candidates experienced in occupational health, emergency response, or industrial nursing, and who are passionate about delivering exceptional medical care directly within construction site environments across Dubai.

· Provide immediate, high-quality emergency medical response, trauma management, and first aid care to all on-site personnel in strict compliance with DHA protocols.

· Act as the primary medical liaison to coordinate closely with the site Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team during workplace incidents and emergency evacuations.

· Manage the daily operations of the on-site clinic, including administering advanced wound care, monitoring vital signs, and performing patient triage.

· Implement and oversee preventative health programs, focusing specifically on heat stress monitoring, hydration tracking, and industrial hygiene.

· Maintain comprehensive, confidential electronic medical records and log detailed reports of all site injuries, illnesses, and treatments.

· Conduct regular health and safety briefings for the workforce regarding occupational health hazards, hygiene standards, and site safety protocols.

· Monitor, audit, and replenish medical clinic inventory to ensure all emergency equipment, pharmaceuticals, and first aid kits are fully operational and stocked.

· Immediate Joiners only (Must be available to start work immediately).

· Male Registered Nurse with a valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter (Mandatory).

· Must be staying in Dubai or willing to relocate nearby to the site immediately.

· Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in construction site nursing or a similar field preferred.

· Strong clinical and emergency assessment skills with a safety-focused approach.

· Experience or knowledge of trauma care, emergency first aid, wound dressing, and VAC dressing is a strong advantage.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Willingness to work flexible shifts in a field-based role at construction site clinics across Dubai.
