Role Overview

We are currently hiring **Female Registered Nurses (DHA Licensed or Eligibility)** to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for candidates experienced in **home healthcare, doctor-on-call services, or IV therapy**, and who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in home settings across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional nursing care to patients at home in line with DHA standards
  • Assist doctors during **home consultations and doctor-on-call visits**
  • Administer **IV therapies, medications, and treatments** as prescribed
  • Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and track patient progress
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and aftercare
  • Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and infection control standards
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care at all times

Requirements

  • **Immidiate Joiners only**
  • **Female Registered Nurse (Mandatory)**
  • **Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter (Mandatory)**
  • **Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in home healthcare / doctor on call / similar field preferred**
  • **Must be staying in Dubai or can relocate immediately near by**
  • Experience or knowledge of **IV therapy / wellness treatments is a strong advantage**
  • Experience in **Wound Dressing /VAC Dressing** Advantage
  • Strong clinical and patient assessment skills
  • Excellent communication skills in **English** (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Willingness to work **flexible shifts and home visits across Dubai**
  • Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused approach
