Role Overview
We are currently hiring Female Registered Nurses (DHA Licensed or Eligibility) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates experienced in home healthcare, doctor-on-call services, or IV therapy, and who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in home settings across Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to patients at home in line with DHA standards
- Assist doctors during home consultations and doctor-on-call visits
- Administer IV therapies, medications, and treatments as prescribed
- Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and track patient progress
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and aftercare
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and infection control standards
- Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care at all times
Requirements
- Female Registered Nurse (Mandatory)
- Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter (Mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in home healthcare / doctor on call / similar field preferred
- Freshers are welcome to apply (multiple vacancies available)
- Experience or knowledge of IV therapy / wellness treatments is a strong advantage
- Strong clinical and patient assessment skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and home visits across Dubai
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused approach
