Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits and provide comprehensive patient consultations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Administer and supervise treatments including **IV therapy and wound care**
• Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans
• Provide preventive healthcare guidance and patient education
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical records as per DHA standards
• Collaborate with nursing and care teams for continuity of care
• Contribute to service development and patient experience improvement

Requirements

• **Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter**
• **Minimum 1 year UAE experience (MANDATORY)** in home healthcare or primary care
• Strong experience in:
• Home visits
• IV treatments
• Wound management
• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and patient counselling abilities
• **Arabic speakers preferred**
• Candidates with a **strategic mindset and interest in growing home healthcare services** will be highly valued
• Immediate joiners preferred
