Education & Experience

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a maintenance role or manufacturing environment is required.
  • The successful candidate must demonstrate ability to deal with multiple priorities and deadlines, and the ability to work effectively in a changing work environment. High level of initiative, strong problem-solving skills, good judgment, and a demonstrated ability to deal appropriately with mechanical and electrical information as required.

  • Knowledge skills and abilities necessary for this overall success of this position: experience with 480 volt 3 phase motors and equipment as well as knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, be able to use a multi-meter to troubleshoot basic electrical problems and have a strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Knowledge of operating a forklift and other material handling equipment is a plus.
  • Basic welding and fabricating ability.
  • This is a service-orientated position. The successful candidate must genuinely enjoy working with people, have a pleasant disposition, and be willing to advance the goals of the organization by demonstrating competence in relevant subject areas and a willingness to be helpful.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of operating a forklift and other material handling equipment is a plus.
