Responsibilities
- Prepare project documentation for assigned activities and obtain Project Manager approval before submission to clients, suppliers, or internal departments.
- Coordinate with departments and suppliers on activities and deliverables; liaise with client representatives during project execution.
- Monitor and report progress, shortfalls, and critical issues to the Project Manager; interact with project teams and relevant departments.
- Follow applicable department and company quality, HSE, and ISM procedures and maintain a healthy, safe workplace.
- Prepare bids and estimates, construction schedules, and manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
- Review estimates and costs with the General Manager and Operations Manager.
- Implement and monitor company Quality, HSE, and ISM Safety Management System requirements across project teams.
- Coordinate client interactions through the Project Manager and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers directly or through department leads.
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- At least six to seven years of experience in a relevant field.
- Understanding of compliance and quality assurance guidelines and best practices.
