Responsibilities
1.
Manage and oversee all maintenance activities within the manufacturing facility.
2.
Ensure machinery operates efficiently and safely, conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
3.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues.
4.
Lead and mentor the maintenance team, promoting best practices and safety compliance.
5.
Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and support production needs.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Qualifications
1.
Proven experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing company.
2.
Strong knowledge of
PLC systems
and troubleshooting techniques.
3.
Problem-solving and communication skills.
4.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
5.
Relevant technical certifications or degree preferred.
6.
Advanced computer skills (including MS Office, accounting software)
7.
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in maintenance.
